How do I enrol my child?
There are three easy options to enroll your child in classes.
Online at www.funtasticcreations.com.au
Fill in the online form and we will contact you to finalise your enrolment.
At the Child Care Centre or Hall
- Forms are available at the centre or hall
- Complete the details on the form
- Leave the form for the instructor at the centre or hall,
or fax into the office on 07 3871 0530
Over the phone
- Call our office on 07 3870 5111
- We will complete an enrolment for you over the phone and advise the instructor to take your child into class
Can I enrol mid term?
Yes, you may enrol at any time during the year. Fees are charged on a pro rata basis.
What types of activities are involved in each class?
We teach children a variety of essential skills for their motor development, but we do it in a fun way through activities involving music, drama, dance and sport skills. We have 22 differently themed classes to make lessons exciting each week. The children will learn also about basic academic concepts as well so it is a complete program proving a bit of everything in the early years of growth and development.

What classes are available for Tots/Pre Kindy?
Our Funtastic Tots/Pre Kindy Program is for children aged between 18 months and 3 years. The Tots/Pre Kindy Program is usually delivered at our hall class. Participation in the Tots/Pre Kindy class at our hall involves the parent and child working together. Selected childcare centres have also introduced the Tots/Pre Kindy program.
What classes are available for Kindy/Preschool?
Our Funtastic Creations Kindy/Preschool Program is for children aged between 3 and 5 years. This program is delivered in our hall and at childcare centres.
How long do classes go for?
Usually around 30 minutes per session in a child care centre and 45 minutes in our hall classes. Hall classes also involve specifically designed equipment to teach children motor skills through various academically based concepts.
How are you different to competitors?
Funtastic Creations is owned by The Developing Foundation which is a charity and public benevolent institution whose objectives include education and research into the prevention of developmental delays. This means that we are driven by a vision of ensuring that children have the best opportunity for optimum development. Some of the other ways we are different are outlined below:
- Staff are caring employees with a real interest in child development NOT contractors. All carry blue cards and current first aid with CPR.
- Our activities are designed by a movement development expert, Dr Melinda Richards and each engage the children through fun in an educational experience.
- Extension activities are provided for home.
- We publish a parent newsletter each term.
- We are a not for profit organisation so all proceeds are used in research and development of programs to assist children achieve optimum development.
- Our Fulbright Funtastic Club provides interactive, online activities for children.
How many children attend each session?
In our child care centre classes we usually have between 5 and 15 children although classes generally average around 7 children. Tots classes in child care centres will usually be kept to around 5 children.
Is there a sibling discount?
A sibling discount is available at our hall. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any further discounts. Alternatively, we have an annual payment option which attracts a discount.
How do I pay?
Fees are paid by term and are to be paid at the beginning of each term. You may also choose to pay annually for a discounted price. There are 3 options for payment:
- Credit Card
- Direct Debit
- Cheque Payment
Do you send me an account?
We send you an account at the end of the previous term so that you will have plenty of notice when your fees will be deducted.
What happens if my child changes Centres?
As long as the Funtastic Creations programs are offered in your new Centre, we can transfer your child’s enrolment to the new Centre.
How do I cancel my child’s enrolment?
Enrolments may be cancelled at any time by simply completing a cancellation form, sending us an email on info@funcreations.com.au or calling the office on 07 3870 5111. We will check the attendance records and prepare a final account for outstanding fees or refund any prepaid classes.
What is your refund policy for missed classes?
Where possible we endeavour to run a make up class. However, we only commit to refunds when our instructor is unable to attend a class and is unable to do a make up class. Refunds are normally not given for non attendance at a class or if the class is cancelled by the centre and we cannot arrange a make-up class.
Is this covered by Private Health Insurance?
Some small health insurance companies will provide reimbursement for fees under their preventative healthcare programs. Check with your insurer.
